At Martin Properties our goal is to be good stewards. Being a good steward involves using our time and talents wisely and taking care of our resources:
Our customers, which include both our tenants and our customers who shop with our tenants;
Our assets, which include our improved properties and land we own; and
Our employees and key contractors who contribute to the successful operation of our business.
While we rent space and help people find commercial and residential properties, we also buy and sell real estate. We want all of our business dealings to be professional and treat others the way we want to be treated. Our founder and patriarch, David Martin, taught us a great deal and we recently compiled a list of his favorite expressions, proverbs and words of wisdom that guide us daily.

Martin Properties is a Christian family business. The late David Martin was our Family Patriarch and Founder. We own and manage all types of property -- residential - both multi-family and single family; as well as retail and office space.

Most of our properties are located in Wake County, NC, with a concentration of assets in West Raleigh, Cary and the fast-growing Western Wake County Region.

While we lease space to a variety of tenants, we also buy and sell real estate for investment purposes.
