Beverly Scaramuzza joined our Martin Properties team in 2015 as the
Assistant Residential Property Manager, in 2019 she was
promoted to Residential Property Manager, and in 2021 she became Senior Property Manager.
Beverly was born and raised in Raleigh, and has extensive experience in
customer service. That experience has allowed her to know and care for
our tenants on both a personal as well as professional level.
When she isn't working, Beverly enjoys serving and attending Newhope
Church, along with her husband Tony and their three children, Daniel,
Abbey and Chloe.
