Lydia Cammann, Administrative Assistant

Lydia Cammann is the first contact many encounter when calling or visiting our offices. She performs a variety of tasks as our Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. She also serves as a key special assistant to our President, David Martin, assisting him with his incredibly busy schedule and projects.

Lydia joined Martin Properties in 1999. Prior to this, she worked at Sheraton Hotels Reservations Center in Raleigh, NC for 18 years. Lydia and her husband Doug, a retired IBM systems analyst, live in Apex, NC. Besides her work at Martin Properties, Lydia also enjoys taking care of her three cats, reading, walking, and, along with her husband, singing in the choir and participating in other activities at First Presbyterian Church in Raleigh.
